Mariko Tamaki ist eine hoch angesehene Autorin aus Toronto, Kanada. Sie ist für ihre Arbeit als Autorin, Dramatikerin, Aktivistin und Performerin bekannt. Tamaki hat mit verschiedenen Gruppen zusammengearbeitet, wie der fetten Aktivistengruppe Pretty Porky and Pissed Off und der Theatergruppe TOA.
